The man suffered seizures and lost consciousness shortly after arriving at the airport. He was transported to a hospital in Suan Luang district, where medical staff noticed pink fluid seeping from his rectum. A CT scan revealed multiple round objects inside his abdomen.

Soon after, one packet was expelled. Upon examination, it was found to contain 255 red, round methamphetamine pills stamped with “WY,” a common marking on such drugs in the region.

Police believe the man had ingested several drug packets and that one or more may have ruptured, leading to his medical emergency. He remained unconscious as of Thursday and was awaiting surgery to remove the remaining packets.
