A Pattaya prison inmate was rushed to hospital on Monday Night in a serious condition after allegedly swallowing a condom full of class 1 drugs which is thought to have split open in his stomach.

Prison guards at the Pattaya Remand Prison had earlier taken Khun Daipop aged 27 to Hospital suffering from severe abdominal pains.

He was then released and taken back to the Prison. Some hours later he collapsed and began to convulse and was taken back to Hospital.
