Pattaya – A small seaplane crashed into the Mabprachan lake area this evening in Pattaya with the pilot surviving with no injuries.
The incident happened at sunset tonight around 6:30 PM at the Mabprachan reservoir located in the greater Pattaya area of Chonburi.
