Foreigner drowns at Jomtien Beach

Pattaya – A foreign man drowned at Jomtien beach this afternoon, Pattaya Police reported.

Major Saijai Kamjula of the Pattaya City Police was notified of the incident at 3:00PM at Jomtien beach near Jomtien Soi 15.
