The Thai Meteorological Department emphasized that the storm system will not impact weather conditions in Thailand. This comes as the Philippines continues recovery efforts from last week’s Typhoon Kalmaegi, which claimed at least 204 lives in Cebu province with 109 people still missing, and caused five additional fatalities in Vietnam.
