BANGKOK, Jan 10 (TNA) — Thailand attracted over 35.54 million foreign tourists in 2024, an increase of 26.27% compared to the previous year, according to Deputy Government Spokesperson Sasikarn Wattanachan.

Tourism activities throughout 2024 generated 1.67 trillion baht in revenue, an increase of 34%.

This data reflects recovery of Thai tourism and effectiveness of the Government’s related measures, including visa exemption; suspension of the TM6 immigration form requirement for land and sea arrivals; and launching of new aviation routes and increase of flight frequencies.
