4 cars slightly damaged by fallen cotton tree branch at the parliament
Four cars parked near a gate of the Parliament were slightly damaged by a huge broken branch of a 100-year old cotton tree on Thursday.
The fallen tree branch also caused a transformer to explode, causing a partial blackout in the parliament and damaged a pavilion for officials.
