Summer storms hit southern provinces, causes some injuries

TRANG, March 18 – Houses and plantations in several southern provinces were ravaged by summer storms over the weekend while some injuries were reported from a collapse of a roof at a plant.

In Trang, the roof of a para rubber processing factory collapsed in a summer storm on Saturday night. Two people remain hospitalised and 14 others who were slightly injured have been discharged from hospital.
