At 3:00 AM on November 14th, 2024, Pattaya police responded to an assault outside a well-known convenience store on Pattaya Beach Road that left an Indian tourist with a severely broken right leg.

Mr. Anngad, a 38-year-old Indian tourist, suffered a facial injury and a severely broken right leg. A crowd of Thai and foreign tourists had gathered around in concern as emergency responders administered initial care before taking him to a local hospital.
