Truck driver killed in crash after avoiding dropped road debris

A lorry driver was killed when he crashed into a power pole on a road in Samut Sakhon on Thursday morning, apparently after he swerved to avoid a wreck buoy that had been dropped from a six-wheeled truck.

Police said the accident happened at 5.30am on the inbound Rama II Road in Samut Sakhon’s Muang district.
