Call 1197 – public urged to report cops setting up illegal checkpoints
The police themselves have urged the public to report rogue officers setting up illegal checkpoints in Bangkok.
The public have been urged to call 1197 or 191 if they see traffic checkpoints fleecing motorists and bike riders.
