Pattaya station chief “explains” after drug suspect takes a beating from a soldier

PATTAYA: — Following a video that showed a drug suspect on Koh Lan getting a beating from an arresting soldier, the Pattaya police chief has gone on the record.

The video first showed the young man forced to go on all fours on the ground. He is then kicked.
