Police are working to bring former Pheu Thai Party MP Nawat Taocharoensuk to acknowledge a prosecutor’s decision to indict him on a charge of masterminding the murder four years ago of a former provincial administration organisation chief in Khon Kaen.

A source at the Office of the Public Prosecutor Region 4 said the prosecutor passed the indictment decision in April, which was subsequently made official on May 5.
