 Chiang Mai: 7 arrested for allegedly murdering alleged Malaysian drug ring leader

Chiang Mai – Police have arrested a Malaysian man, two Thai women and four Thai men for having allegedly collaborated to kill a Malaysian man whom they alleged to be a drug ring leader.

The seven were arrested by Chiang Mai police for having allegedly killed Kwa Hok Chun, a Malaysian busienssman, on June 15.

Police said two of the suspects are a married couple who allegedly masterminded the murder. They were identified as Wong Xi Wai, a Malaysian man, and his Thai wife, Yuphaporn Wong.
