Motorcyclist snatches South Korean’s necklace in Pattaya

A South Korean tourist was left helpless as his Bt150,000 necklace was snatched by a motorcyclist on a Pattaya road late Tuesday night, police said.

The tourist, Kim Min Yan, 42, and his Thai girlfriend, filed a complaint at Pattaya Police Station at about 1.30am on Wednesday.
