Gunmen kill three people in Pattani

PATTANI — Three people were killed and another wounded in two attacks by motorcycle gunmen on Tuesday morning, police said.

The first occurred around 7.30am. Nong Chik police said defence volunteer Thawat Pongsuwan, 43, and his wife Papimol Chaikong, 31 were slain while travelling from their home in tambon Don Rak on a motorcycle to Pattani town.
