Nok Air set to compensate passengers delayed by check-in error

BANGKOK, 12 August 2015 (NNT) – Nok Air is preparing to activate measures to compensate passengers affected by the malfunctioning check-in system that caused severe delays for travelers on the morning of Mother’s Day.

Passengers were unable to check-in for their early flights at Don Muang airport after the airline’s check-in system crashed around 5AM on Wednesday.
