Thailand and Ireland set to boost bilateral trade to enhance relationship

BANGKOK, 18 March 2015 (NNT) – Thailand and the Republic of Ireland are determined to boost bilateral trade as a way to celebrate their 40-year-long relationship.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Gen Tanasak Patimapragorn discussed the Thai-Irish relations with the new Irish Ambassador to Thailand, Mr. Brendan Rogers, who called on him today on the occasion of his assumption of the post. The two countries are this year celebrating the 40th anniversary of their diplomatic relations.
