Chiang Mai flood waters begin to recede after pumps are used round-the-clock

CHIANGMAI, 1 September 2014 (NNT) –The flood waters in Chiang Mai’s downtown including at Sri Ping Muang, Kad Kom, and the Chiang Mai College of Dramatic Arts have receded after pumps were used round-the-clock.

On August 30th, the Chiang Mai Municipality was submerged by flash floods.
