The body of a foreign man, thought to be of middle-eastern origin, was recovered off the waters of Pattaya Beach in the early hours of Sunday.
The body was first spotted floating face-down in the water, at the Northern-end to the Beach, by Khun Siwapon aged 32, who is currently on her Honeymoon in Pattaya.
