A one-month-old baby was abandoned in Central Pattaya on Tuesday evening after a failed attempt to sell the child to strangers for 10,000 baht.

The baby girl was found at the Niran Grand Condo on Soi Arunothai and seemed to be in perfectly good health. Police spoke to residents at the complex and discovered that the mother, believed to be in her early 20s, may be suffering from mental health issues.
