Five Russians Caught-up in Pattaya Jet Ski Scam

A Jet Ski owner and municipal officers scammed 5 Russians out of over 100,000 THB for so called Jet Ski damage. The Jet Ski owner claimed that all 5 jet skis had been damaged.

He and a fellow owner threatened the Russians to pay for the damage.
