PM Yingluck Shinawatra arrives in Udon Thani, welcomed by locals

BANGKOK, 22 December 2013 (NNT) – The Prime Minister has arrived in Udon Thani Province amidst a rapturous welcome.

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra arrived in Udon Thani Province today and was welcomed by Deputy Prime Minister Police General Pracha Phromnok and thousands of local residents as well as members of the ‘People who love Udon’ political group, at the City Pillar Shrine. Khwanchai Praiphana, the leader of the group held a rally to welcome the Prime Minister and voiced his group’s support for the general election to be held on February 2, 2014.
