Financial concerns and excessive alcohol are two factors thought to be behind a bag snatch in South Pattaya early on Tuesday Morning, involving two Russian Tourists, one of which was slightly injured.

Police were called to the Pratamnuk Road in South Pattaya where members of the public had assisted in detaining the suspected thief, Khun Jongrak aged 34 who seemed heavily intoxicated.
