Up-skirt pervert caught-on-camera at Pattaya convenience store

A man was caught on camera taking an up-skirt picture of women inside a 7-Eleven Convenience Store in Central Pattaya on Thursday morning.

The CCTV images were released to the press on Friday and Police are appealing for anyone who may know the person who is seen taking the pictures, to come forward and assist Police in their investigation.
