Bangkok Governor Takes Blame for False Flood Alarm

The Bangkok governor says he accepts the blame for last night’s false flood alarm for residents in Phya Thai District.

He said district chiefs have been ordered to be more cautious when they report information to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
