Thai PM discusses with agencies on measures to address flood problem

BANGKOK, Oct 1 – Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on Saturday met concerned agencies to discuss measures to tackle the flood problem and to fix the dyke at the Bang Chom Sri water sluice gate at Singburi’s In Buri district.

Ms Yingluck chaired meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Yongyuth Wichaidit, PM advisor Wichian Chawalit, Director General of Royal Irrigation Department Chalit Damrongsak, and Water Resources Department Director General Jatuporn Buruspat.
