Gun attack on home of Thai Democrat canvasser
A Democrat Party canvasser escaped unscathed from an attack late Wednesday night by a gang who fired at his Bangkok home with semiautomatic weapons.
Jaroen Jehsaman, 69, said yesterday that he has been supporting the Democrats for 40 years in Bueng Kum district. This time he was helping candidate Panich Vikitsreth.
Seven bullets, one from an AK47, hit his home.
