Officers from the Sakoo Police Station reported that the suspect, identified as Mr. A., was found in an intoxicated and incoherent state, and was not wearing trousers at the time of his arrest. Authorities have not yet confirmed whether additional charges will be filed related to public indecency or disorderly conduct.
