Alcohol Sales Allowed on Thai Religious Holidays at Major Airports to Boost Tourism

On July 4th, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Suriya Juangroongruangkit chaired the National Alcohol Beverage Policy Committee meeting to discuss new packaging and warning label regulations for domestic and imported alcohol, to be finalized by November 27th, 2024.

Thai PM Srettha to Consider Lifting Alcohol Sales Time Restrictions

These regulations will be further reviewed by member states of the World Trade Organization (WTO) for 60 days to gather international feedback and ensure compliance with global standards.
