Communication cables catch fire, cause black out in Pattaya

Pattaya – Communication cables caught fire in Pattaya this morning and caused a power outage in some parts of the city.

Pattaya firefighters were notified of the fire at the Mach Chanu Intersection on Pattaya Second Road in Jomtien at 10:00 AM.
