A man’s right foot was blown off when he stepped on a landmine at the Thai-Cambodian border in Sa Kaeo’s Ta Phraya district on Saturday morning, police said.

The victim was identified as Surasak Promsu, 44, a resident of Ban Thap Thai village in tambon Thap Thai in Ta Phraya.
