SURIN, 3 February 2017 (NNT) – Surin Governor Adthaporn Singhawichai has signed a memorandum of understanding with public health and livestock related agencies to launch a campaign against rabies.

The move is to fulfill the wish of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn who on several occasions spoke of her hope of seeing rabies eradicated from the country.
