Rabies warning issued for Nakhon Ratchasima village

NAKHON RATCHASIMA — The provincial livestock office has issued an order prohibiting the removal of living or dead dogs and cats from a Muang district village after an outbreak of rabies was reported there.

Office chief Wimut Thanuthamnok said on Tuesday that pet owners in Ban Nong Bong in tambon Suranaree are required to report any suspect cases of rabies to the tambon chief or a local veterinarian within 12 hours.
