Two Daesh-Linked Terror Suspects Arrested in Indonesia

An Indonesian National Police elite counter-terrorism unit has arrested two terrorist suspects in separate operations in the provinces of Aceh and Banten allegedly linked to Daesh terrorist group, a spokesman for the police said.

BALI (Sputnik) — The suspects that are allegedly memebers of the terror group that has pledged allegiance to Daesh, are being interrogated by law enforcement.

“Both are intensively being questioned by police. They are followers of Jemaah Anshar Daulah terror cell who has pledged alliance to the Islamic State,” Boy Rafli Amar said Sunday as quoted by the Jakarta Globe newspaper.
