A man was given a three-year suspended jailterm and fined 3,000 baht after he was found guilty of assaulting a seven-year old boy whom he accused of bullying his own son.

The defendant, Amnart Talapthong, was charged with assaulting a neighbour’s seven-year old son by stomping on the latter’s head with his leg after the boy allegedly bullied his own son. The incident occurred in Ban Uah-arthorn Panya Ram-inthra housing estate in Min Buri on October 4.
