Cambodian Ambassador appreciates rescued nine Cambodian victims of human trafficking

BANGKOK, 28 October 2016 (NNT) – The Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSHDS) has rescued nine Cambodian nationals victimized by human trafficking rackets and returned them to their home country.

Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSHDS) Permanent-Secretary Maitri Inthusut said the ministry has helped out the nine Cambodians who had been trafficked as workers aboard fishing boats and returned them to Cambodia through Aranyaprathet border crossing in Sra Kaeo province on 18 October 2016.
