Thai police have arrested a 58-year-old Frenchman who was sentenced to 15-year imprisonment for raping his own daughter.

The Immigration Bureau told a press conference Sunday that Patrice Giuliana was arrested at Soi Rambutri in Chana Songkram district on Saturday.
