His Majesty has surgery to clear and expand a heart vein

HIS MAJESTY the King has had successful surgery to expand a vein to his heart and insert a stent, the Royal Household Bureau said Tuesday.

In its 27th announcement since His Majesty was admitted to Siriraj Hospital, the bureau said a team of doctors monitoring his condition detected irregular electrical signals from His Majesty’s heart.
