Phuket teens wanted after man’s body found under water tower

PHUKET: Police are looking for a group of teens last seen talking to a 29-year-old man whose body was found under a municipal water tower in Phuket Town this morning (Mar 11).

Suthorn Thamta, 59, of the Phuket City waterworks division at 9:10am reported finding the body under one of two water towers, each 25 metres tall, on Damrong Rd.
