Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) announced today (Friday) that it would stop pumping operations at Mahasawat water treatment plant next Tuesday night from 9.45 pm until 5 am of the next day to facilitate the maintenance of electrical system.

The stoppage of water pumping operations will weaken or stop the flow of tap water in some areas.
