A Bangkok transgender woman was arrested Wednesday and charged with animal cruelty for allegedly throwing a Chihuahua from her fifth-storey apartment in Bangkok’s Wang Thonglang district.

Police said Yonlada Jampasri, 23, admitted to tossing her roommate’s tiny dog from her room after she filed a complaint with police. The ladyboy then surrendered to authorities.
