13 injured, one missing in Ayutthaya crane collapse

AYUTTHAYA — Thirteen workers were injured and one was missing after a large crane being used in the construction of a bridge across the Chao Phraya river collapsed on Tuesday.

The accident occurred about 11am during construction of an 800-metre bridge across the Chao Phraya river between tambon Ko Rian and tambon Samphao Lom in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district.
