Mukdahan: Police nab dog-killing video poster

MUKDAHAN — A man in Muang Mukdahan district was arrested on Sunday after filming his friend killing a dog and then posting the video clip on his Facebook page.

Police apprehended Wittaya Chaiyan, 29, at his home in Ban Kham Pa Lai village in tambon Kham Pa Lai after an investigation confirmed he was the person posting the brutal killing footage online on May 20.
