Hailstorm lashed Saiyok district of Kanchanaburi province today but there was no report of damages to property.

But local officials and soldiers rushed to the affected areas on Highway 323 from Kanchanaburi to Thong Phaphum reported millions of thumbnail size hailstones falling from the sky and turning the areas to white.
