Three arrested for Samui murder

SURAT THANI – Two women and a man from Myanmar have been arrested and charged with the murder of a Myanmar woman whose partially clad body was found at an ocean lookout on Koh Samui on Monday.

The woman’s body was found around 9.30am Monday lying face-up, with her mouth and nose sealed by several layers of duct tape.
