The president of “Soom Wat Pa” off-road truck club apologised yesterday to Nakhon Nayok people for a truck race in Klong Madeu, source of the Nakhon Nayok River.

Decha Pornbamrung said the race was the reckless action, captured in a viral video clip, of some drunken caravan members and it wouldn’t happen again.
