Dengue fever centers set up in Buriram after 200 patients diagnosed

BURIRAM, 16 July 2014 (NNT) -The Buriram Provincial Public Health Office has established dengue fever prevention centers in every district to prevent the disease from taking hold in a wide spread area. The number of patients aged between 10 – 14 years old is 198 so far, and the number is likely to increase during the rainy season.

Dengue fever prevention centers have been set up in all 23 districts in the province with collaboration from the district public health office, Tambon health promoting hospital, local administrative office, schools and public health volunteers to prevent the spread of dengue fever.
