Thailand hopes for better ranking in US human trafficking watch list

BANGKOK, June 19 – The Thai Ministry of Justice expects the United States to deliver an improved ranking of Thailand for its anti-human trafficking efforts.

Acting Permanent Secretary for Justice Charnchao Chaiyanukij said on Thursday that the US was preparing its Trafficking in Persons Report 2014 and would announce its human trafficking watch lists tomorrow.
