The naked body of a foreign man, thought to be a vagrant, was found on an abandoned construction site near Jomtien Soi 11 yesterday afternoon.

The discovery was made by a foreign resident who was taking his dog for a walk. There was no obvious sign of a struggle and it appeared that the area had been made into a makeshift home.
